If I receive a donation:

  1. How long will it be before I know if my organization has been granted a donation?

    We will usually have a reply on the status of your application in about 6 weeks, depending on the number of requests we've received.

  2. How far in advance should I submit my application?

    Please submit your application a minimum of 2 months before you need the items. This allows our committee enough time to review your application and get the items to you, should you be chosen for a donation.

  3. Can any non-profit organization apply for a donation?

    In order to apply for a donation you must be employed by or be a member of the Board of Directors for a 501(c)(3) organization, a school, a religious organization, or a registered Canadian charity. You also must be at least 18 years of age.

  4. Can I apply on behalf of an organization?

    We ask that only an employee or Board of Directors member from your organization apply for a donation.
    This ensures the actual organization approves of the promotional products selected and that an approved logo of your organization is used on the products.

  5. What types of products can I select for a donation?

    You can select any product on www.4imprint.com opens in new window for a donation. It is also helpful to list the product item number and name when applying for a donation.

  6. Can I select more than one product for a donation?

    Yes, you can select more than one product! If you are chosen for a donation, you may split your donation between 2-3 different products. If your total amount exceeds the $500 donation, we will ask that you pay the difference.

  7. What types of organizations do you grant donations to?

    4imprint is an equal opportunity employer, dedicated to the policy of non-discrimination on any basis including gender, race, ethnicity, veteran status, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, age, disability or national origin. 4imprint will donate to organizations that support this same belief.

  8. How are the applications reviewed?

    Applications will be reviewed by our one by one® committee. All decisions will be based on geographic location, programming diversity, charitable diversity, value and merit of cause, and audience served.

  9. How often can I apply for a donation?

    If you are denied a donation, you may re-apply after 6 months.

  10. Can I receive more than one donation per year?

    In order to help as many organizations as possible, we grant only one donation per 12 months to a particular organization.

  11. If I am selected for a donation, how long do I have before the donation must be used?

    We ask that you place your order within 30 days of the date that you were selected. Otherwise, we will re-award your donation to another organization as we receive hundreds of requests for donations.

  12. I applied a few weeks ago, what is the status of my application?

    Due to the large amount of applications we receive, it may take us 6 weeks to reply back to you. If you are selected for a donation, you will receive both an email and a letter from 4imprint confirming your donation. If you are not selected for a donation, we will still reply back to you via email.

  13. How do I know if my application submitted?

    You will receive and email from [email protected] upon submission, please add that address to your accepted addresses. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam/junk folders.

  14. What if I have other questions?

    If you have other questions about our one by one® program, please email our one by one® Coordinator.

If I receive a donation:

  1. Can I use my donation towards the shipping charges?

    Yes, you can use your donation towards the shipping charges. The shipping charges will be shown on the quote provided by your customer service representative.

  2. I see that some products are only available in quantities of 100 or more. What if I would like less than the quantity listed?

  3. Some products have a set-up fee or screen charge. Can I use my donation towards that charge?

    Yes, you can use your donation towards that charge. Each product has its own fee, which is listed in the product description.
